Privacy policy

When you book online we ask for:

• your name, mobile number and email address
• the treatments and appointment time you choose
• any notes you add, such as hair length or the look you want
• that you agreed to our booking, deposit and cancellation policy

Please don't put health or medical details in the notes. If something like an allergy or skin condition matters for your treatment, tell us at your appointment.

If you phone, message or visit us, we keep the details you give us for your booking in the same way.

• to confirm, manage and remind you about your appointment
• to contact you about your deposit or any change to your booking
• to email you a copy of your booking request and its confirmation
• to keep our records and meet our legal and tax obligations

• We don't sell, rent or trade your details.
• We don't send marketing or newsletters from your booking details.
• We don't take card payments on this website. Deposits are arranged with you directly.

Bookings are stored with our database provider, Supabase, on servers in Sydney, Australia. Only our staff can see customer details, after signing in to our booking system.

Booking emails are sent through Resend, an email service based in the United States, so your name, email address and booking details pass through their servers when we email you. Our website host also keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security for a short time.

This website doesn't use cookies. There is no analytics, advertising or tracking, and we don't store anything in your browser. That is why there is no cookie banner.

Links to Instagram and WhatsApp open those services, which have their own privacy policies. If we ever add cookies or analytics, we will update this page first and ask for your consent where needed.

We keep booking records while we need them to look after your appointments and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records. After that we delete them.

You can ask what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them where we don't need to keep them. Contact us using the details below and we will reply within 30 days.
